I wanted to wait to see if my issue was addressed, it has not been. This is the 3rd, and probably final, vehicle I've bought from Clement. Before driving my vehicle, I was told by Blake that the odometer and not been. This is the 3rd, and probably final, vehicle I've bought from Clement. Before driving my vehicle, I was told by Blake that the odometer and speedometer and were displaying kilometers and he would have his mechanic convert them to miles. After going through the ENTIRE purchasing process, Blake congratulated me on my purchase, I got into my car and off I went. After leaving the parking lot I noticed everything was still displaying kilometers. I turned around and walked up to Blake inside Clement Hyundai. Blake asked what was wrong I told him my display was still in kilometers. His response was infuriating, he told me that his mechanic said there was no way to convert it to miles, he obviously had this information before I completed the transaction. I wanted to cancel the sale but was informed that since I had completed the paperwork there would be a 10% restock fee. After some back and forth Blake talked to his manager and said they would look what needed to done to get this problem corrected. I left again but was hopeful since Clement had been so good to me on my previous 2 purchases. Blake called about a week later and said they were still researching, that's the last time I've heard from him without initiating contact. Needless to say, I don't expect anything else to be done as I 've had the car over 2 months. More

As a first time buyer, I have felt ignored regarding customer service. It has taken over a month to get my issues resolved, and my voicemails and emails have not been returned nor addressed. I have reached out to multiple staff members to no avail. I chose to use this dealership, while working for another dealership, and I wish I had not done that. More
After contacting upper echelon at Clement auto dealers I feel the need to upgrade my review. Talking to Chris Bones we reached an agreement for correcting the problems I had stated in my previous review. He feel the need to upgrade my review. I'm confident we may be able to do business again at a future date. And as far as Randy Delgado the salesman goes he went above and beyond his duties to assist me, thanks goes out to him. Even though I got a bit upset when there the entire staff kept calm and polite. My apologies also to the service department, apparently there must have 🐝 some miscommunication scheduling my first appointment. The service representative tried his best to accommodate us and get us taken care of, but due to a busy schedule they were not able to through not fault of there's. All in all I feel things have turned out ok and both myself and Clement. One more thing my wife is well pleased with the way the Durango drives and handles . It is extremely quiet (even quieter than the van we traded in) which she appreciates. thanks again to the dealership and all who helped us. More
I gave you a 1 because it won't take a 0 customer service after the sale is the worst I've ever experienced. the vehicle started falling apart almost as soon as I got home. I went in the Saturday morning after I purchased it and gave a list to the salesman ( Randy Delgado) he said they would take care of it, so he supposedly set up an appointment. I got several reminders but when I showed up at the appointed time apparently the service dept knew nothing about it plus told me I would have to pay for the repairs ( which never should have been sold that way). I also had to schedule an inspection since they didn't do one before they sold it to me. The vehicle was bought the first part of August but inspection wasn't done until August 20 costiy me $50 penalty getting it licensed. Not only that the service dept as well as no one else there seemed to Care about all that was wrong with the vehicle. After them having it For 3 days nothing had changed. Here is a list of item wrong on it. Driver seat back completely off seat belts don't retract and are twisted , right turn signal has to be manually cancelled passenger fog light doesn't work. Passenger toms doesn't work , tires were overinflated. Rear hath will not stay up and at times opens and closes by itself. Both front window switches broke within a few days of owning it. That's all I can think if now. More
