Aweful shady service advisors This week I took a hyundai santeFe in for a safety inspection and asked for them to price fixing the TPMS light. The service tech called me back late This week I took a hyundai santeFe in for a safety inspection and asked for them to price fixing the TPMS light. The service tech called me back later in the day and told me the fix would be approximately $100. I told them I would pass at this time. When I went to pick up the car there's $100 charge to fix the TPMS sensor. I just assumed the guy forgot that I told him not to fix it and pay the bill to get the car out. When I noticed the TPMS light was still on I called to figure out what was going on. Their explanation was since I didn't have the TPMS fixed they charged me $100 "investigation" fee. I told them I was upset that if it was going to be $100 to investigate OR $100 to fix why would I ever not get it fixed. They agreed that they were misinformed and miscommunicated to me. When I asked if they would just install the sensor and we'll chalk it up to poor communication and call it a day (remember I already paid them $100 thinking they just fixed the sensor) or refund me the bogus "investigation" fee they said no. Elevated to manager of service and the answer was just no. I will never return and will not be buying any cars from this place now. I have heard from others this was not a trustworthy place but was stubborn and inherently trust a dealership. I was wrong about this one. Sorry folks. Feel free to reach out. More

I received an emissions inspection, took my paperwork to the Wentzville license office and was told I also needed a safety inspection because the truck title was changing from Illinois to Missouri. I returned to the service department and explained the situation. They disagreed and told me to go back and try again. I asked them to go ahead and do the safety inspection. I had to re-state the situation to 3 different service people before I finally got it. More

My salesperson was Chang Park and he was helpful, patient, and willing to solve any issues I had. We did run into a few issues throughout the entire process (including titling and servicing), but everyone there provided quick solutions. Upon purchasing, they forgot to run a safety inspection/test on the car. At first, I was quite upset that they had missed this important step and told me a different story. However, they were quick to point out their mistake and dropped everything to fix it. They let me borrow a brand new Nissan as a rental during the period where my car had to be serviced. Everyone here is friendly and helpful. I appreciate them admitting to some flaws as a new dealership and doing their best to improve it. Overall, I'm really glad I chose this dealer to purchase my first car. More

Parts and Service Department rude and dismissive. I recently ordered a spare tire for my car. I made an appointment to have it put in and an oil change at the same time for the following week. The Parts Department took my order and seemed put out to have my business. I then placed my service appointment in the service bay. I asked the service bay individuals if I needed to pay for the spare tire at that time. They said “no”. I could pay when I picked it up. The day I placed my order I asked Wentzville Hyundai if I needed to pay for it and their employee said “no”. The next day I received an angry call from the Parts Dept. that I had not paid for my order and I must do that if I expected to get it. This individual was rude and indignant with me as I explained I had asked the bay before leaving. He said he had instructed me to do so. He had not, as he had poor service when he took my order. As I am coming out of my way to purchase this item, I would have paid that day if I were instructed to do so. He could have easily taken a customer centered tone regardless of the miscommunication the day prior from Wentzville’s staff. I was able to make my payment and get things straightened out but only after being belittled by a grumpy employee that messed up the day before and continued to take out their mistakes on me the following day instead of trying to make it right. Horrible customer service from the Parts Department. My service appointment the next week was fine. Nothing to write home about. More
