Above & Beyond I took my Ford F-150 in for service and was taken care of by Mr. Jerry Johnson. After my service was complete I was told I had some issues that needed I took my Ford F-150 in for service and was taken care of by Mr. Jerry Johnson. After my service was complete I was told I had some issues that needed to be addressed under the hood. After going over the items it was a cost of $1,200.00 extra to fix these issues. Mr. Johnson immediately started trying to find answers for me. He ask if I had ever bought an extended warranty for my truck. After thinking for a minute, I responded yes. He immediately went to the computer and started exploring. Turns out I only paid my deductable and the rest was covered by my warranty. Mr. Johnson definitely went above and beyond to meet my need. He is truly an asset to the Larry Hill family. I would strongly refer Larry Hill and Mr. Johnson for any service need you have. More
