It took almost 3 hours for an oil change and all I wanted to do was hook up the vehicle to the machine so I could get the key less entry code. I said I think that is my truck, I have been here almost 3 hours. He verified the time I was checked in, then he took it upon himself to make sure I got the key less entry code, then he took care of the oil change for me. He is the only reason I will return. I am not upset I understand sometimes things take longer and by getting my oil change taken care of by the dealership is the one reason I will return. More

I called in looking to replace my vehicle. I spoke with a man named Tony Walker, who helped me with looking for a new car.
