mislead about service completed I felt I was lied to about service that had been done to my car.I was told the brakes were fully inspected and normal and a few months later had to be I felt I was lied to about service that had been done to my car.I was told the brakes were fully inspected and normal and a few months later had to be replaced. When I asked how this could be the service representative said they must have been "missed" during the initial inspection. My tire sensor light was addressed and fixed per service department but within 5 minutes after leaving the service department the light came back on. I went back and was told the sensors were broken and must have been "missed" altho on my receipt it stated it was addressed and fixed. I feel shortcuts were taken by the service department and the work I was told was done in 2 instances was really not completed More

He promised not to hound me by phone or email and was true to his word. I felt the price I paid was fair and Lane worked to get me the exact car I wanted quickly even though they did not have it in stock. Once the car arrived Lane spent over 2 hours helping me understand the car's features and how to use them. They even gave me a little notebook to keep track of any questions I have about the car and have asked me to return any time with to have those questions answered. More
