First time we were dissapointed in 19 years Please note that in 19 years we have not had an issue with the service department, however: we were there for an airbag recall...that went fine, they Please note that in 19 years we have not had an issue with the service department, however: we were there for an airbag recall...that went fine, they noticed a nail in the right front tire, we told them to plug, they did. On paper we receive they indicated that the tires were rotated and tire pressure was 33 in each tire. On the way home the low tire pressure light went on. We took it else-where to get looked at, We were told that the right front tire is the one that had the plug, the plug was not leaking but tire pressure was 17. Thus the tires were not rotated and the tire pressure was 17 and not 33. Everyone was polite as always, we kept getting updates but in regards to the tire rotation and pressure I feel we were lied to. I apologize as I don't like to complain but I felt it necessary in this situation. Thank you. More

Good maintenance and awareness but very slow. The service is good. Employees are polite, helpful, and courteous. Maintenance and review of the car, tires, filters, etc. is excellent. In the past you did not need and appointment for an oil change so if it took longer it was understandable. My last appointment took an hour and 20 minutes to change oil, filter, and rotate tires. No carwash. More

I also had a 2400 mile trip back to Los Angeles, and was worried that I would miss an operation of some crucial component... needless to say, megan went above and beyond in taking time to show me everything thoroughly and answering my millions of questions, both at the office, and over the next few days while I was on the road...thank you again for the great experience and thoughtful customer service!
