They were able to get that warranty work done as well as troubleshoot and fix the "check engine" (spark plug replacement was recommended) as well as do the oil change, rotate tires and complete safety checks - and the car was nicely washed - all that same day. I understood the shop was extremely busy but I was able to drive my own vehicle home at the end of the day. All is working well. More

There are two suggestions I could make when assisting future customers. First, when ordering the car and arranging for financing, tell the customer about how much time the paperwork will take, and verify they have time to complete it. We found the ordering process extremely stressful because we underestimated how much time was needed, and were preoccupied by an appointment we were missing. We would have preferred to make an appointment to complete the paperwork at a better time, instead of being repeatedly told, "This will only take a few more minutes." Secondly, when the call came to schedule pick-up after my car was delivered, the agent said he would phone again prior to the pick-up date to verify that everything was in order. We had several questions that arose while making preparations that we saved for the follow-up call - but never received one. When we had a chance to ask, our request - for a third key fob - was diverted into a sales pitch for an extended vehicle warranty. More
