Mike in the service department has been wonderful to work with! I came in for a air bag recall and oil change that left my car smelling like rubber due to a faulty filter BUT Mike has been over accommodating with! The cost of their services are very reasonable and I appreciate their honesty and smartness. For example, I needed my front right tie rod changed as "it was starting to slip" and so they recommended changing the left as well. At first I was skeptical so I asked if I could get the "old parts." They gave them to me and I took them to my small hometown mechanic and he said - "they were smart to recommend replacing both. That's what I would have recommended too." Nonetheless, they have excellent communication - especially Rob - and overall just great people. Makes me miss living in Wisconsin! Go Pack Go! More
