New Lease Vehicle I initially started going to Clift after the way I was treated at another dealership in Clinton. I felt like I was treated like a 'stupid female' at t I initially started going to Clift after the way I was treated at another dealership in Clinton. I felt like I was treated like a 'stupid female' at the other location. I have never felt that way at Clift. I've always been treated with respect and have never felt 'taken advantage of'. The Service Dept is one of the primary reasons I decided to get a new vehicle through Clift. Although I had to make a quick decision due to incentives about to expire, I feel like I had accurate information to make an informed decision. I feel confident going forward that the Service Dept will continue to deal with me as they have, and have no doubts that should any questions or concerns about my vehicle arise, I can contact Carl - or any other salesperson at the dealership for answers. There was a lag time in getting my registration transferred over but just a matter of a few days. And I am still waiting to hear from the Service Mgr regarding some pedal extensions that I need to have installed (why extended pedals are no longer an option on most vehicles I don't understand. There are a lot of us short people that don't want to sit close to the steering wheel! haha). But I am confident that will be taken care of soon. I do think my trade-in amount was a bit lower than it could have been - I checked the lot price over the weekend. More

I keep coming back for one reason - the exceptional service and quality of work. I honestly have never had a bad experience. They guys in the service lane make you feel like family. Every time I get an oil change my vehicle is also washed and vacuumed for free. And I've seen the owner come out and personally greet people more than once. Would definitely recommend! More

Mr. Morgan was very understanding and responsive to the fact that this likely was the first real 'detail' work performed on this vehicle, that we recently purchased from my wife's parents. Although it was extremely well kept, maintained and 'garaged' since it was new, it was ready for a detailed clean-up, both inside and out. The results were very evident in every aspect!!
