We were traveling a 540mile trip from California to Washington to see our niece graduate high school when entering Roseburg, OR our oil pressure gauge dropped to nothing and our check engine light had come on and on top of it our car beeping non stop to shut if off. So we pulled off and took it to Clint Newell service department and met Rebecca Lay that told us she could not help us until Monday or Tuesday (we had arrived Friday morning BTW). So she offered to see if any other dealers about over an hour away could assist us. Which would of been a nice gesture if she would of at least made sure our vehicle was safe to drive any further. But she refused to take 5 minutes to check the engine error code on the computer before sending us on our way. We left upset and scared to continue. We found an auto zone and figured the problem out in 5 minutes and where on our way to a wonderful dealer in Vancouver, WA Carr GMC. Had excellent service and care there. More

We just purchased a new 2015 GMC Yukon XL SLT, loaded! We used the Costco program for the first time and boy was it a great experience. Allison Young was my initial contact and you cannot ask for a sweeter person to deal with. Brian Newell was our salesperson and Brian tried to go over all of the features of the Yukon, but there is more on this vehicle than my BMW! Brian told me not to worry, go over everything and get back with him whenever I have any questions. The service and the sales staff are exceptional and I love dealing with them. We told them that we had to get home in time to pick up our son from the school bus and they had everything done in an hour!! What a record time. I used to sell cars in my past life and I have not encountered such wonderful treatment. I love this team. More

Salesperson did not know what they were doing We had been looking at a truck online. The salesperson gave a a price quote and asked if we would like to make an offer. I sent in an offer and the person then replied "Ooops, that was just a sale price but we will still honor it." So we drove 2 hours to come test drive the truck. The truck was dirty, poorly detailed, but overall still in good condition. When we sat down to buy the truck the man we had been passed off to walked away and the person we were talking to online came back and said "oops, I quoted you the wrong truck. We will not sell you this truck for this price." I can understand one mistake, not two plus mistakes. And to say "I know I made a mistake and I know I said I'd honor it but I changed my mind" is just unbelievable. This is a shady sales practice and I will never buy from them. More
