I was on my way to southern Calif. when I was told my car wasn't safe to drive as my emergency brake lights were on and my brakes felt soft. I had to rent a car and continue my trip, but Bina, the service m wasn't safe to drive as my emergency brake lights were on and my brakes felt soft. She kept me informed on what the problem was and the timeframe to get it fixed. When I returned to pick it up, I had a clean car and willing helpers to transfer my things back into my car.
