Ralph answered all my questions & has been extremely helpful even after the sale. The dealership had just the model I was interested in, eliminating the need for a car swap from another dealer. The dealership was clean & comfortable. The negotiation was painless and to my surprise they beat my offer, giving me a 0.9 APR & a fair out-the-door price. I would recommend Ralph Alcantar & Coachella Valley Volkswagen to friends & family. I would buy another vehicle from them in the future as well. I arrived to this dealership with the intention of buying a golf GTI the salesperson was very professional. I asked if I could test drive the vehicle and the manager later came outside and informed me they d a golf GTI the salesperson was very professional. I asked if I could test drive the vehicle and the manager later came outside and informed me they did not allow any of his vehicles to be test driven mind you I gave him my license and everything required to test drive a vehicle the manager later came outside and stated that if I was serious in purchasing a vehicle I shouldn't have to test drive the car I could have easily bought two vehicles that day but just on his approach I decided to go to Subaru where I now drive a Subaru WRX and a Subaru outback best decision ever it's nothing personal towards the dealer but next time somebody comes up and asks to test drive a vehicle it might be because that person was considering buying and wanted to see how the vehicle drove hence the test drive. More

Great for service. No nonsense. Not so keen in the sales team however. We agreed on a price over the phone, but when I arrived at the dealer a few hours later, they No nonsense. The new owners/management, Phil, sent me a text inviting me to come back and lovely Melissa in Sales, treated me an elderly, with respect and not "hoodwink" me again with a RAW deal I received from the old management! When it was time to sign the papers, I truly appreciate the time they took to walk me through everything in detail and help me understand all of the terms and benefits prior to signing.
