I had set up an appointment with salesperson Doug Edwards for Friday. I went to him with my "wish list" and, within a short time, he came up with a new Equinox present on the lot having almost all of the features which I requested. I have known Doug for many years. He has always been very cordial and continues to be. He was very helpful and honest in explaining the various features(both safety and convenience) of our chosen SUV. He even linked our phones to the Bluetooth system. Rick Murray, the financial manager, was also very helpful, considerate, and yet businesslike. This was our third purchase from Coad. I presently drive a 2015 Impala purchased from Coad Chevrolet and am still very pleased with it. This Equinox will mainly be driven by my wife, and she so far is very happy with it. More
