He was straightforward and there was no hassle whatsoever. Once I arrived, Alicia Prince was great with the paperwork and financing. She made the process extremely easy and did her best to offer the best deal for me personally. They even stayed after hours when I was delayed due to road construction coming from Tennessee. The entire process was extremely easy and they beat the best deal I found anywhere. I will use that exact team for any purchase I make again and recommend them to everyone I know wanting a Toyota!
