We are submitting this review after a problem today at the service center. They were contacted with our car mileage a week ago to see if we still had a free oil change coming. They said yes and we were sc the service center. They were contacted with our car mileage a week ago to see if we still had a free oil change coming. They said yes and we were scheduled this morning for that service. We took our car from an iced in and no power home to Cape from Cobden IL. We needed an oil change and they got it done to tell us our mileage was over the allowed miles and billed us for the service. If we were told a week ago the that the service was going to be charged we could have had it done 5 minutes from our house. We made a call to talk to the service dept. unhappy and were told if we have owned 6 Toyotas in the past then we should have known how it works!! Today marks the start of our family and all we can share this dumb service move by the dept. with of never doing business at that dealership again! More

I would recommend to take your money elsewhere. I asked them before buying the car, "Has this car been inspected before putting it on the salesfloor?" They said it had. A couple of days after I bou I asked them before buying the car, "Has this car been inspected before putting it on the salesfloor?" They said it had. A couple of days after I bought the car the check engine light came on, mysteriously. When I called them about it, it's like they expected the call. They said "We can get that fixed right away" They picked up the car, and rather than fixing it just reset it. A few days later the check engine light is on again. They said the part is on back order and they don't know when it can be fixed. I like the car, but they are typical slimy used-car salesman. I called to cancel the warranty because very quickly they lost my trust. Still haven't been refunded for it. More
