Horrible service department Sales dept is okay no issues there. When I returned for service 2 weeks ago i was a little bothered my experience. The service dept is less desirable. The service advisors are nice but, not knowable by any means what so ever. The service manager or foreman or whatever he was. A short guy with short grey hair. Is a complete jerk put lightly, he had a horrible attitude. I gave one star because it wouldn't let me give no stars. This guy needs to realize. The sales dept sells the first car. The customer's experience with the service dept sells the second, third, and fouth. Shane needs to have a sit down with this gentleman before he runs off more business. More
