Our past experiences with Coad Toyota have always been good. This time we didn't expect to find the car we wanted on our first visit, but after we described to Jeff Grim what we were looking for he went good. This time we didn't expect to find the car we wanted on our first visit, but after we described to Jeff Grim what we were looking for he went to the lot and drove it right up to the front door. We were presently surprised! He took his time showing us many of the car's features and helped customize some of them. On leaving the lot Friday with the car, I noticed a used Chevy Silverado that caught my eye. On Monday I stopped by to take a closer look. Jeff was off that day, but while I was taking a test drive, the salesman that was helping me called Jeff who came in to take over. I enjoyed working with Jeff on the car and was very happy and appreciative to see him there when I returned with the truck. (Knowing the staff work together so well was also appreciated.) So over just a few days we traded for both a car and pickup. Working with Troy Hamilton and Alicia Prince to complete the paperwork was enjoyable as well. They did the paperwork quickly but carefully and we were back on the road. More

After searching the official Toyota website, I knew what I wanted and saw that it would be available at Coad. Unfortunately, another buyer beat me to the purchase. Coad’s Bus. Dev. Coord. (Tierra F.) called I wanted and saw that it would be available at Coad. Unfortunately, another buyer beat me to the purchase. Coad’s Bus. Dev. Coord. (Tierra F.) called to inform me the car was sold, but she had researched and found the closest available match. The following day I met with sales consultant Jeff Grim. Jeff is extremely knowledgeable about cars. After my test drive, Jeff patiently demonstrated all of the car’s bells and whistles. Tierra had steered me toward an almost perfect (99%) match. [That’s a magic trick in 2023 if you are searching for a hybrid!] After discussing the purchase with Jeff, I wasn’t leaving without that car. My wife and I were able to take care of the sell with the finance manager (Alicia P.) in less than a half-hour. Amazing! Dealing with Coad was the most informed and comfortable car purchase I have ever made. I certainly recommend them to anyone searching for a Toyota. More
