First was sold a car (pulled credit for financing and furnished insurance) to be told it was sold six days earlier. Then told they will take care of me and find another car. Ended up with a similar car b furnished insurance) to be told it was sold six days earlier. Then told they will take care of me and find another car. Ended up with a similar car but paid over 1k more, which they were not willing to make amends for the previous car. Once I received the second car and took it for a test drive, reported the rotors were bad. Following day I noticed the cruise control and lane assist didn't work plus the rearview mirror fell off the windshield. Took it in to a service center where it was found to have a bad alignment, aftermarket windshield that wasn't calibrated (this is why none of the safety features worked) , and all the lug nuts were stripped. Yes the dealership paid for it, but i spent three days without a car and rental for two days. Worst car buying experience I've ever had. And I'm still waiting for corporate to return with their investigation findings. My personal opinion is i should be compensated for this debacle as I was the one handling all the appts, dealing with the service center, and driving back and forth on my own time and money. More

This experience exceeded our expectations! Olivia in sales is outstanding and dedicated to her job! She went above and beyond and was patient with our needs from start to finish! Matt, who is the sales manager was also easy to work with and had a fun personality, which was refreshing compared to majority of the managers we’ve dealt with- these two associates made the four hours we spent at this dealership seem more tolerable! We found a vehicle that worked well for our needs, as close as possibly to our budget and also purchased an extended warranty for the tires that was very reasonably priced. All in all I would recommend this dealership to anyone, and especially recommend Olivia as your sales rep! Side note: If the scheduling department happens to see this- I cannot believe these folks work such long hours 6 days a week. That is unrealistic and unbearable- and who really needs to buy cars on Sundays anyway! 🙃🥸 More
