Bill with service department is why I’ll never buy from them again. Told me that my brand new gmc has a tolerance level where there allowed to make noise. It’s at there discretion on what’s an accept them again. Told me that my brand new gmc has a tolerance level where there allowed to make noise. Then after arguing for 20 mins he then decided to look at the truck Come to find out leaf spring are bad on a brand new truck less than 2000 miles. This man made me shake other trucks to prove to him mine had a noise. Then blamed the noise on a cup and strap in the bed of the truck. Did everything he could to try and pass the buck and not fix the issue. Made me feel like I was lying to them trying to get one over on them. When I asked should new trucks make this noise his response was I don’t make the trucks. I would highly recommend purchasing your vehicle from someone that has better customer service. And just because you’ve been doing it for 20 years doesn’t mean your any good Bill. More
