I took my Bolt EV in for a tire rotation as part of the regular scheduled maintenance. I had a special request to loosen the bolt holding the bike rack to the trailer hitch because the bolt was "frozen." T regular scheduled maintenance. I understand it's a new owner, but customers who feel they are putting their vehicle in the hands of a professional should get a lot more feedback and an explanation.
