I drove over 6 hours to pick up my truck, and after working with Rob, I can honestly say I would have driven 12 hours if I had to. Working with him was unlike any car-buying experience I have ever had. Rob’s speed, attention to detail, customer service, honesty, and communication are truly world-class. From the beginning, we talked through the numbers clearly, and he gave me the best deal without any games. He was straightforward, transparent, and most importantly, he kept his word. During my search for the right vehicle, I came across a lot of shady dealerships that changed numbers, added hidden fees, and made the process frustrating. Rob did none of that. He was honest from start to finish and delivered exactly what he said he would. That level of integrity is rare, and it made all the difference. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone serious about buying a vehicle, and I strongly recommend asking for Rob specifically. I will absolutely be telling others to check this place out.

Well I bought a used Tahoe from Chevy Valencia two months ago and I was told the brake pads were changed out and brand new. My car info showed differently saying I only had 37 percent in back brakes and 53 on front. When reversing the car would squeak. I let Chevy know the next day I took the car home. Chevy said the service department guaranteed the brakes were changed. So I let 2 months go by to see if it changed since the brakes were new. It didn’t. I took it back to service department and they send me a quote for 1000.00 to put in new brakes and fix the rotors. I was so upset I reached out to sales manager Mike T who was a complete jerk. i finally got in touch with the GM who stated they would fix it. My car was there all day and I even had to wait 45 minutes since they didn’t approve the charges until late afternoon . I wasn’t happy at all.

First contacted them in late June early July about a 2018 Chevy Colorado. I was told the truck was on the lot. I submitted an offer and waited to hear back for Leo. Leo's communication through email once you submit an offer is horrible. He only gets back to you to tell you the truck is sold only to still see it on there website and other online car shopping sites. It seems they avoid negotiations by ignoring customer inquires. This gets worse once you tell them you want to use your own bank for financing. Seems my only option to buy the truck from them was to let them run my credit and take an option contract instead of just letting me finance with who i want to finance with. The whole car buying experience these days really turns me off from dealers. I reached back out to them this weekend about the truck, submitted my offer and got a counter response. I countered back but never got a response from Leo until the next day when i reach out again. He then informed me the truck was sold again.

They refuse to help me with a basic problem. They didn't report the sale to the IRS Eco Portal, so I can't get the Federal EV tax credit. I bought a car with Bunnin in March of 2025. I didn't get the tax credit at the point of sale because they didn't know how to do it. Ok great, I said I'll get it at tax time, because that's the other option. In January 2026, I filed my taxes and entered my vin information to get the federal EV tax credit. However, my VIN kept getting rejected by the IRS, because it didn't match their system. A quick google search shows that this happens when the dealer didn't report the sale to the IRS in their eco portal. I contacted Bunnin and instructed them to enter my information into the IRS ECO portal so I can get the tax redit. The portal is still open and this could easily be done. They transferred me to someone named Juan Miller, who I explained the situation to, and he said that the dealer doesn't have to do anything, and that I could just get the credit with the IRS on my own. The IRS website clearly states that if the dealer doesn't report the sale in the ECO portal, then person who bought the car can't receive the tax credit. My taxes were rejected because my information wasn't in the system. He wasn't helpful. I called again after doing more research, and told him again, I need them to report the sale information to the IRS portal. After back and forth argument again, he said would look into it. I called a few days later, and the first thing he said was "I thought we already went over this?" That tells me he didn't look into anything. After back and forth argument again, he hung up on me. That's the kind of customer service you'll get from Bunnin' if you have an issue, I called all the other managment and finance staff in the dealership, and no one else can help me either.

Worst of the worst. Deal with these guys at your own risk. The sales manager was lying so bad he couldn’t look me straight in the eye. Called in for price and setup appointment to purchase an auto. Arrived and was given runaround by sales manager who informed me this dealership pays full msrp price from factory for their vehicles. Need I go further.

I try to explain I purchased an extended warranty, but he would not listen, would not take my warranty information and call to verify. After arguing with him, I told him he was a jerk!! I then called dealership in Santa Monica.....no issues! Do not do business with these people!!

I went in with my corvette that had been making weird engine noises for a while and because i was having a hard time getting the car into 1st gear. I had taken the car previously to other dealerships but they were not able to fix either problem. Luckily the technicians at Santa Monica Chevy were able to find and fix the problem on their first try and did so in only 4 days. Needless to say I was pleased with their service and their price as well.
