Everyone was very nice. It seemed to take an unusual amount of time for the car to arrive to the dealership. It was 3 weeks from the time we started to the time it arrived. Our Infiniti G37x wouldn't start at the end of our day on Nantasket Beach in Hull. Spoke with George at Coastal to let him know that we'd be having the car towed there after hours. We had the tow truck dri Nantasket Beach in Hull. Spoke with George at Coastal to let him know that we'd be having the car towed there after hours. We had the tow truck driver drop off the car and leave the keys in their dropbox. Called first thing Friday morning and asked that they at least diagnose the car that morning which they did. They ordered in a replacement starter and sent a Lyft driver to pick me up to get the car that afternoon. With all our family in town visiting, their communication and quick service was most welcome. Also wanted to give a shout-out to Dave for his help in getting the work done promptly. This was another satisfying experience with the Coastal team. More
