I initially brought my vehicle in for a multipoint inspection and was told I needed 3 wheel bearings. I suspected this was false, and passing my state auto inspection confirmed this. On my second trip inspection and was told I needed 3 wheel bearings. I suspected this was false, and passing my state auto inspection confirmed this. On my second trip I was told they were all fine. Really? Separately I had ordered parts from Nissans global site and my dealer pickup location, which was ironically also Coastal Nissan, refused to fulfill the order unless I bought five bolts (which is as they come packaged from the warehouse) and that I could not order just two. The entire vehicle only needs four! I placed the order with Nissan24 and they happily filled it. More

Wanted oil change and tire rotation. Told about an hour two hours later oil change was done but not rotation The could not remove a lug not. But they did manage to strip it. At this dealership, time and time again they are attentive, genuine and fair. If there is an emergency, they will try to accommodate.
