Jake Arena is a great person - so informed and kept us updated always. Went above and beyond to ensure we always knew what was happening or when it would happen. He was our first in-person interaction and he made all the difference. Coastal Nissan has great employees but I certainly hope that they recognize what a go-getter they already have on staff. Jake is ready for a step up and a pay raise. He is definitely an asset to that business. We had the best experience at Coastal Nissan in Norwell. I’ve been to many dealerships in my life and have never been treated so kindly and fairly as we were here. He was so polite and knowledgeable and made us feel at home. He was honest and forthcoming and very easy to interact with. His communication was over and above; even texting me on his day off to make sure I knew when my car would be ready to pick up - he even communicated with staff that were working that day and then took the time to text me back to tell me everything was all set. He did not have to do that and could have told me he was off and to deal with someone else, which would have been perfectly reasonable but this young man was respectful and went out of his way to make sure we knew what was happening every step of the way. He helped us find not one but two cars that we love. Harry Webster is another young man who we dealt with who was also polite and knowledgeable and communicative. I give them both 5 stars. I give the dealership 5 stars and our finance contact Sean Callis 5 stars. Easiest financing I’ve ever gone through and he helped us out the best he could. We will be back whenever we need oil changes/regular maintenance or any service or repairs. OR whenever we decide it’s time for newer cars! I will definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a new or used car! It’s a pleasant environment. Well maintained and everyone just seems to want to make the process as smooth as possible! I really want to give a special shout out to Jake Arena again as he was the one I feel like we dealt with and spoke to the most. Always answered promptly and solved any question I had immediately.
