Clean orderly place. Lance was from the start thorough and dedicated. While there was some resistance to committing to a deal by “higher levels” of the sales department a Lance was from the start thorough and dedicated. While there was some resistance to committing to a deal by “higher levels” of the sales department as I was a non-financing customer (local financing is, curiously, highly preferred...) Lance stayed in my corner, prevailed. Full payment made and the deal done, he even stayed late to personally see through delivery—this was huge as a business owner my work schedule does not conform to Coastal’s operating hours.
