Waited for the vehicle. Dealership was in communication with Nissan to recommend solution for dead battery. Was not approved for new battery but had to sit there for over Dealership was in communication with Nissan to recommend solution for dead battery. Was not approved for new battery but had to sit there for over 4 hours. Service associate did keep me informed but feel Nissan could have made a decision on recommended solution sooner or just replace the battery. Conflicted honestly as the Coastal Service team is outstanding. However, feel they were caught waiting on a successful corporation to make a decision rather than empowering them to take care of their customer. More
