Coastal Cares Besides being treated like a celebrity on the day of service, when I returned 2 days later after noticing that the mirror knob on my door had popped o Besides being treated like a celebrity on the day of service, when I returned 2 days later after noticing that the mirror knob on my door had popped off, Ryan proved once again that Coastal VW truly cares. While trying to resolve this issue, Ryan went out to the lot, and there he literally stepped on the knob! I returned to Coastal VW after getting a call from Ryan of his amazing find, and he was able to reattach the knob, saving me over $100 - the cost of having to replace the entire side mirror unit. My experience with other dealers I have used, would have turned out quite the opposite - having to replace the entire unit. Coastal VW’s honesty and respect for their customers’ time and money was much appreciated and deserves to be shared! More
