They were very responsive and set up an appointment to see the vehicle. The vehicle was at their other location and Evan made sure to have it transported to be there for us to test drive it. We were immediately greeted by John when we arrived and he connected us with Evan who helped us in our search. We ended up leaving with a beautiful 2018 GT Passat for an amazing deal! Amanda was fabulous to work with for financing and went above and beyond to help us get the best interest rate possible. I would definitely recommend shopping at Coastal VW. Ask for Evan, he is knowledgeable, provides great service and is easy to work with. More

Once we had an appointment, they were accommodating and attentive, and helped us make our purchase as we weren’t sure exactly what package we wanted to get. They worked with us to get to a price we were comfortable with and even after the purchase offered to set time up to go through everything with our new car. Evan was very responsive and friendly and Joe was also very helpful. They were both very knowledgeable and made the car buying experience as good as it could be, and worked hard to get us our car in the time we needed it. I would definitely recommend this dealership and working with them. More

My wife and I bought our Volkswagon Atlas from Evan at Coastal Volkswagon and it couldn’t have been a more enjoyable experience. Evan is extremely helpful and knowledgeable when it comes to picking out a Coastal Volkswagon and it couldn’t have been a more enjoyable experience. Evan is extremely helpful and knowledgeable when it comes to picking out a vehicle and getting down to business. Extremely responsive and never felt like we were being pushed in one direction or another. That’s why we came back for our Atlas after purchasing a Passat 2 years ago. Would highly recommend Coastal Volkswagon and Evan if interested in purchasing or leasing a vehicle. Will be back! More

Stellar price, stellar service, went above and beyond! Lance and John both helped to make my purchase experience top quality, and I only bought a 2015 Ford Fusion they received as a trade in! I drove an hour and a half each way in a rental to buy it after my new Kia got rear-ended and totaled (a kid texting behind the wheel in an offroader hit me doing 55+mph). Several other dealerships tack on $1,000 if you don't finance there, then charge $700+ in doc and other fees on top of that, so read the fine print online first, folks. Then drive down to Coastal instead. FYI: the same Ford Fusion with the same mileage on it, plus the same Navigation and heated seats, is $5,000 more everywhere else in my neck of the woods, even beyond the ridiculous addon nonsense. This sale was a no-brainer, and everyone was super nice, professional and fast on top of it. Five stars! More
