So I had a little hiccup this time when I went in for service. I requested an inspection sticker. I left my car registration in the car and waited for my car. Once the technician started my inspection, service. I requested an inspection sticker. I left my car registration in the car and waited for my car. Once the technician started my inspection, we realized I needed a new tire. Long story short, I drove home that day with my new sticker, new tire. It wasn't until the next day that I realized my car registration was missing. No worries, Ryan Getzinger took total responsibility for the mishap, ordered me a new car registration with the DMV, VW paid for it and I was on my way home. At no time did anyone point fingers, it wasn't necessary. Ryan handled the situation, resolved the issue and made sure I was taken care of. Mistakes happen every day, it's how we resolve and fix the problem that makes the difference. Ryan, as usual had my best interest at heart...thats what good customer service is all about. Thanks More

I had an amazing experience buying not only my first BRAND NEW car, but a lease. Kris was such a great guy and laid back. Not pushy at all which is what makes me dread car shopping!
