As a first time car buyer, I was left confused and frustrated with the service here. They assumed I knew how everything worked and never wrote anything down over email for me to remember or refer back frustrated with the service here. When I forgot something in the process or how something worked, they laughed and made me feel pretty dumb for not understanding. I really wanted the car, so I stuck it out, but I worked with two men, one who was nice enough but didn’t explain the entire process in full, just as it was happening. and the other who pushed too hard to upgrade my package while he proceeded to tell me his life story and interrupted me when I tried to talk. I was happy when it was all over and I had the keys in hand because the process was awful. More
