While turning sharply to the right into a tight parking space in my lifted Ram 1500, I heard a clunk. From that point on, my truck made a squealing noise on turns with occasional clunking. Recognizing ther space in my lifted Ram 1500, I heard a clunk. From that point on, my truck made a squealing noise on turns with occasional clunking. Recognizing there must be damage to the front end, I immediately ceased driving it and scheduled a Tuesday morning appointment with Coastline. I had to wait a week before they could take it in because they were booked up. I dropped the truck and fob off Monday evening and awaited their inspection results. I’m a patient guy and waited until just after 5pm Friday to inquire about the vehicle. I was told it would be reviewed on Monday. I was xxxxxx. Had they told me they intended to ignore my Ram 4X4 all week, I would have taken it elsewhere. I made that point very clear upon learning my truck wasn’t being repaired. Days later I receive a quote for over $3K to replace the driveshaft and left axle which blew my mind because this kinda damage doesn’t occur during an idle speed turn. More importantly, the left front axle had been replaced a year earlier when a dopey tow truck driver attempted to winch the truck onto a flatbed while in gear, snapping the axle. In general, axles last more than a year causing me to instruct Coastline to DO NOTHING, I was coming to pick up my truck. They invoiced me $269.67 for diagnostic work, I took possession of my truck, and had it towed to the shop that had previously replaced the left axle. I doubted it actually needed replacement but figured if it did, it would still be under warranty. Frankly, I wanted a second opinion. My gut was telling me Coastline’s recommendations were made of the stuff Matador’s stand in. Their quote is shown in the attached photos along with the invoice from the other shop showing the left axle replacement in 2021. Fast forward to auto shop #2 who charges me $40 to check the front end and it turns out NOTHING COASTLINE RECOMMENDED WAS REQUIRED. The faulty part requiring replacement was not in Coastlines estimate. The left axle and driveshaft were fine…the right front upper control arm was worn out and needed replacement…which shop #2 did. They also charged me for a wheel alignment (a necessary task to protect my high end 35” Toyo tires and stop the squealing noise) and my truck was back to normal early the following day. Total cost, $641.69 which was roughly 1/5th the cost the dealership wanted. But more disturbing is the fact that, had I authorized Coastline’s recommended repairs, my truck would still be unrepaired! I’d be out 3 grand and the truck would be having the same exact problem!!! OMG! Now was this incompetence? An attempted fraud? A bit of both?? I’ll never know and it doesn’t matter. I do know that this experience cost Coastline my trust and all future business. In the photos you will see the control arm (held by mechanic #2) that was replaced, their estimate and final invoice. Notice that the final invoice matches the estimate exactly. When this Dodge dealership was operating under the name Courtesy, I wrote them a 5 star review but Coastline is not anywhere near the same ballpark. It’s back to the dismal and disappointing tragedy it was before Courtesy took over. It’s sad. I am giving Coastline 10 days to refund me the diagnostic fee because it was proven to be pure xxxxxx xxxxxxxxx. If they do not issue a refund, I will provide my charge card issuer the docs shown in the photos along with a chargeback request as Coastline’s estimate was completely wrong and failed to identify the actual problem…rendering it worthless. I’ll be watching my account Sarah! 10 days. There is no way the bank won’t side with me on a chargeback under these well documented circumstances. I have now driven my truck enough to confirm it is completely back to normal. Thank God I got a second opinion and didn’t trust Coastline’s faulty repair estimate. More
This has absolutely been the WORST company I have ever dealt with in my entire life. Not only did they ruin my dashboard and jack up my heater during what should’ve been a simple radio replacement, but th dealt with in my entire life. Not only did they ruin my dashboard and jack up my heater during what should’ve been a simple radio replacement, but they kept promising that I would be refunded for the hack job they did on my vehicle and LIED to me over and over again. RUNNNNN from this dealership and do NOT deal with SARAH, NATHAN or any of the managers as they are dishonest on top of having the worst mechanics ever. I wouldn’t trust them to do an oil change properly!!! Whoever owns this location needs to do a complete overhaul on all the staff. From the managers to mechanics, they’re incompetent and do not care about their customers nor do they care about providing quality work. More
I was shopping around for the best deal and expected a professional experience. Instead, I was made uncomfortable by a comment from a dealership employee. When discussing pricing and options, the employee professional experience. Instead, I was made uncomfortable by a comment from a dealership employee. When discussing pricing and options, the employee said, “How do you like how it feels,” which was completely inappropriate and unprofessional in this context. Car buying should be respectful and straightforward. Comments like this made the experience uncomfortable and unwelcoming, and it immediately ended my interest in doing business here. I would not recommend this dealership, especially for customers who expect professionalism and respectful communication. More

This was the best experience I have ever had at a dealership, no nonsense, no games, zero wasted time, bottom line the most honest dealer I have ever dealt with. David the sales Manager was fair, hon dealership, no nonsense, no games, zero wasted time, bottom line the most honest dealer I have ever dealt with. David the sales Manager was fair, honest and very helpful. This dealership is one of a kind and do yourself a favor and visit them first before you waste time with another dealership. More
Ran my credit twice without my permission AFTER I left the dealership. Used very deceptive sales tactics. I believe David attempted to upsell me on a vehicle because I am a woman. Quoted me over $10k less the dealership. Used very deceptive sales tactics. I believe David attempted to upsell me on a vehicle because I am a woman. Quoted me over $10k less on the phone than he did in person. Very unethical, DO NOT TRUST THEM. Wasted hours of my time. More
I’m very disappointed in the service I received from Coastline Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram, and their actions have caused me to question the ethics and integrity of their service department. I’ll elaborate Coastline Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram, and their actions have caused me to question the ethics and integrity of their service department. I’ll elaborate below but mostly want to alert and caution folks from using the dealership’s Parts & Service Department. My 2025 Ram 1500 was having trouble starting, which prompted me to take it in for service. The check-in process took 20 minutes and included a physical inspection and video being recorded of my vehicle to document its condition. After my vehicle spent two days in service, Service Representative, Jay, called to inform me that although the starting issue was resolved, one of the tires became flat. Jay stated a “nail” was found in one of the tires and claimed this wouldn’t have been due to their dealership since they don’t use nails. He also stated the vehicle had the same mileage as when I dropped it off, so it hadn’t been taken for any “joy rides” and their service department wouldn’t have caused the flat. The dealership put on the spare and although I asked if they would help plug, patch, or replace the punctured tire, they would not and said they did not believe the flat could have happened while they completed their service work. While on the phone with Jay and reminding him that no flat tire or signs or lower tire pressure were identified during the physical inspection and in the video which is why i believed the dealership should take some accountability, After sensing my frustration on the phone, Jay responded by telling me I should “ maybe take the vehicle to the dealership it was purchased from” in the future. Upon picking up my vehicle on Friday at the dealership and reviewing the scope of work on my invoice, the dealership listed the vehicle had been “road tested”. I asked the Service Rep, Fabian, what this meant and whether "road tested" was automatically added to an invoice by default. Fabian assured me “road tested” is never automatically added and a service tech would have manually added this after the vehicle was “road tested”. Fabian also informed me that “road tested” means the vehicle is driven for approximately 10 miles. In addition, when we looked at the flat tire, there was a new Phillips head screw (not a nail), which Fabian said is a screw that regularly gets used by the service department. Fabian also pulled up the video of my vehicle’s physical inspection when checking in, and he did not see any indication of a low-pressured or flat tire. Fabian agreed that what Jay stated (i.e., a nail was in the tire and the vehicle was leaving the service dept with the same mileage as when I dropped it off) did not align with what he saw (i.e., the new Phillips head screw found in the tire and “road tested vehicle” listed on the invoice). I was told that a Service Manager would follow up with me on Monday to resolve the situation. Although it's now been more than a week and I've left a follow-up message requesting to speak with a manager, no one has responded. The lack of follow-up is frustrating but I’m also questioning the ethics and integrity of the Service Department after what was stated on my recorded call (nail in the tire and no miles were driven on the vehicle during its service) did not align with what’s listed on the invoice and seen in the tire (vehicle was road tested, and the tire puncture was with new Phillips head screw). I don't know whether this is technically fraud, but it’s highly suspicious at best. It's caused me to seriously question the service department’s ethics and integrity and the main reason I will not go back for future service. I normally value learning about people’s experiences to help me find a trustworthy service department and technician. This is why I’m posting the review to caution anyone from bringing your vehicle to Coastline Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram for service. More

Miles and Jose happily answered our numerous questions and facilitated the sale even after we changed our minds a few times on features and color. Jose was very knowledgeable and ensured we were happy and never pressured us for the sale. Jose did a terrific job of explaining the many features of the new vehicle. Steve in finance was also great. He was friendly and professional and moved the process along. Steve did not get annoyed or miss a beat when we decided not to purchase one of the extended warranty and he was required to reprint and recalculate. Overall it was a positive experience and we drove away happy. Kudos to the sales and finance team at Coastline CDJR. More
