After making a 5hr trip to Marietta, the vehicle was filthy, not inspected, needing an oil change, and an empty gas tank - all things that SHOULD be completed before you list a vehicle for sale. Made a deal with the promise of returning the following day to pick it up washed, detailed, and a fresh oil change. Arrived the following day with none of the work done because the employee didn't show up, and was then told to go down the street to get it taken care of, only to arrive there and told its going to be another hour wait. After deciding to make the trip back to North Carolina, my son stopped to fill the fuel tank up and began his drive back only to have the fuel gage show empty an hour into the drive. Texted the salesman to let him know, with no reply to this day. No care or concern for a young gentleman that just turned over quite a bit of money to you, and had to make a 5hr drive back with vehicle that experienced a fuel issue within an hour. My guess is that this company buys low quality vehicles and puts no maintenance, inspection, or effort into making them safe and presentable before selling. I had an absolutely horrific experience with Luxury Cars East Cobb, and I strongly caution anyone against purchasing a vehicle from this dealership. On March 26, 2024, I purchased a 2016 BMW X6, and fr Cars East Cobb, and I strongly caution anyone against purchasing a vehicle from this dealership. On March 26, 2024, I purchased a 2016 BMW X6, and from the very first week, the car exhibited serious mechanical and electrical problems. Despite reporting these issues repeatedly, the dealership provided no meaningful assistance, leaving me to shoulder the financial and emotional burden of endless repairs. The problems were not minor; they included check engine and drivetrain malfunction lights, harsh drivability issues, and black smoke emissions. After months of repairs and escalating issues, the engine eventually seized completely. A field engineer from BMW North America later uncovered 16 electronic modifications that rendered the car a “lemon” and unsuitable for use. Even after I shared these findings with Matt Attarha, he hung up on me and stopped responding entirely. The culmination of this nightmare occurred on October 4, 2024, when the car exploded while I was driving to work, nearly costing me my life. The chief of the fire department confirmed that the fire started behind the firewall on the passenger side, the same area housing the electronic box. This incident was the direct result of a defective product and the dealership’s gross negligence. Not only have I incurred enormous financial losses, but I’ve also endured months of stress, missed work, and constant safety concerns. I trusted Luxury Cars East Cobb to sell me a safe, reliable vehicle, but instead, I was sold a dangerous, defective car that was doomed from the start. If you value your time, money, and most importantly, your safety, stay far away from this dealership. The disregard for customer care and accountability is astonishing.
