After searching for the right vehicle for myself about 2 weeks, finally I came across Cobb luxury cars website and contacted them. The sales representative was pretty informative and helpful so I went in fo weeks, finally I came across Cobb luxury cars website and contacted them. The sales representative was pretty informative and helpful so I went in for a test drive. The experience was great! the car was in great condition and the price was very reasonable. They worked with my credit union and now Im a happy owner of a Mercedes! Definitely recommend them More
Update: I continue to go back and forth w/this dealership. Did what they asked to get the window fixed and have yet to get a refund. Again, no integrity nor willingness to have satisfied customers, especially after they get your money. This vehicle was purchased months ago and we are still getting the runaround. This is not a dealership with integrity. We paid cash for a vehicle that they delivered with the promise that the back window would be fixed before shipment. When we got the vehicle, it was not fixed. We’ve been back-and-forth with the management team for well over a month and they still have not fixed the window. SMH! More

After reading several nightmare stories about this dealer, I forged ahead and purchased a fully loaded Sedona. Ben had the seat repaired, and the interior is now really nice. I was able to test drive dealer, I forged ahead and purchased a fully loaded Sedona. Ben had the seat repaired, and the interior is now really nice. I was able to test drive the vehicle on my own, which is always a big plus. The vehicle has some paint issues, and will need to be over sprayed at some point. I already replaced the damaged back up light. I have not found any issues, that appeared to have been hidden by the dealer. I paid exactly what was negotiated prior to closing. If you are looking for a nice high mileage vehicle at a good price, you can find it here. Obviously as with any dealer, you need to do your due diligence, and protect yourself. More
Gave Frank Brooks a check for 30K for a vehicle on 9/25. The sensor was missing on the vehicle he claim the manager order it. The tire light was on. He said the tire need air & they put air in tires. The next morning took to tire shop to check out, all the tires was bad & a medal was in one. They told l need to replaces all 4 run flats because they was not safe to ride on & Frank sent me home ( 1hr & 42 min away)unsafe like that. After keep calling him repeatedly, he finally say come in on 10/3. Kept me there all day to say they have to order the part.. I call dealership to price the sensor & parts & label is $800. I called Frank & told him, he replied & said buy the sensor & bring it to them & they will put it on.. They mver fixed the sensor. This was my 1st used car purchase & it was a costly bad experience. I saw other customers fussing, that was the sign these ppl not right. I will stick to certified dealership from now on. More
