We've had the best car buying experience at #1 Cochran Infiniti. I've owned a G35 sedan for the past 8 yrs that I bought from my sister-in-law. He listens carefully. It took some time to test drive a variety of cars, returning twice more before we drove the Lexus RX 350 and found it fit us perfectly. Chris Carnahan is extremely knowledgable in all aspects of the cars he sells. His mind is like a computer. He knew the price of every car/SUV. He knew how to operate the navigational systems in different makes/models. Chris trained uss in operating the Lexus nav system, he got our phones connected to Bluetooth and demonstrated how to make it all work. We took a few different cars into consideration and being completely honest, I really didn’t know much about Infiniti at all so it wasn’t an option for me. My husband talked me into stopping into #1 Cochran and Thank goodness we did!. We were treated great from the moment we walked in the door and until the moment we left (over an hour after business closing hours)! Jordan Herbert was hands down the best salesman I’ve dealt with in all the weeks of looking for a new car! He was honest, trustworthy and an all around a genuine guy that not only made us feel comfortable but made the entire experience a fantastic one! He stayed over 4 hours after his shift just to make sure I had EXACTLY what I wanted and was the pleasant, wonderful, fun person the entire time. Instead of trying to push everything on me or explain all the little things that I had no desire to know about, he listened to what I WANTED and instead of wasting either of our time, he 100% focused on exactly what I wanted and not only sold me on Infiniti but made me WANT to buy from him personally!.. Management went above and beyond as well to make sure I had exactly what I wanted and made every attempt to ensure that I walked out of there 100% happy and I did! I’m so happy we went to #1 Cochran!
