I bought my first new Infiniti in 2000 and my second Infiniti in 2006. I keep on coming back. I have had many types of cars in the past - and dealt with car mechanics in many states. None rank as high in my book as #1 Cochran Infiniti in Monroeville. I am a single mom with a full-time job. Greg McCrieght and his team at the Infiniti dealership have been instrumental in helping me juggle my car with my job and my family. At one point I remember being packed and starting a road trip for our summer vacation. The car sounded funny. I frantically drove to infiniti without any notice - the car jammed packed with inner tubes, and flip-flops. The mechanics checked out my vehicle, told me it needed repaired - and before I knew it they were helping me re-pack our geer into a rental car and off we went on vacation, knowing they would take care of my car while I was gone. I have had many such instances in the last 12 years. Greg McCreight and his crew are always there with a smile on their faces and a willingness to help make things right. It is hard to find a service team that you can trust - Craig's Infiniti team try their very best to keep down the cost of repairs while keeping your car at maximum performance. In my book, they dot their i's and cross their t's...twice. My car has 160,000 miles on it and it is still going strong, thanks to Greg and his crew. They have spoiled me - it will be hard to go elsewhere. More
I have been a loyal service customer of Cochran Infiniti in Monroeville since I purchased my car in March 2005. I have been consistently impressed with the level of personal attention that we receive from Bailie and her service staff. In fact, I make the 45 minute commute all the way from the South Hills because of the stellar service we receive every time. I even bring my wife's Subaru to this dealer because I trust that I will receive quality service and an honest diagnosis of what maintenance our vehicles will need. I highly recommend Bailie and Cochran Infiniti of Monroeville for all of your service needs! More

I don't think I could be as satisfied driving any other car. The extra bonus is the great service provided by the staff of Greg and Bailie. They couldn't be more helpful and efficient. They always try to work on best times for the customer to bring in their vehicle, have a loaner ready and keep you updated by phoning on any issues/needed service and when your car will be ready for pickup. If I have any questions they always make themselves available for assistance even if popping in without an appointment. A great and reliable service. Bernie was extremely knowledgeable when I bought my current Infiniti and we completed the purchase in record time. More

I recently purchased an Infinity M35X from this dealer with Tony Robertson as my sales agent. Tony went out of his way to make this a smooth purchase for me even coming in on his day off to finalize the with Tony Robertson as my sales agent. I found one minor flaw with the leather door panel and Tony took care of this immediately. He spent all of the time that I needed to go over the features of the car and has followed up quickly with any questions. This is the second car that I have purchased from this dealer and I couldn't be more pleased with the service I have received. More
I just bought my 3rd Infiniti car from Cochran. Jeff sold me the last 2 and was terrific. I had been searching for a specific Audi TT and found it online with Cochran. I cannot say enough about Jeff. He was excellent from the first phone call. I wanted to have the car shipped to me since I am online with Cochran. I cannot say enough about Jeff. He was excellent from the first phone call. I wanted to have the car shipped to me since I am in TN. He went above and beyond taking care of this. We had a few quirks with the shipping but it was out of his control. He was always in touch with me on what was going on. I also worked with Joyce and she was also fantastic. The dealership has some great people working for them and these days good customer serivce is hard to find. I have never bought a care site unseen but this was a great experience. I have been going to #1 Cochran Infiniti for years now. And over all the time I have interacted with Cochran's infiniti group, Bailie has been my point of contact for service. Extremely helpful and detailed. I have showed up on non-scheduled service times and Bailie walks out of the service area and opens the door and calls my name to ask how my infiniti is running. From a customer standpoint, Support and Service are high priority on the list of items for which a dealer is judged. Based on the excellent personal treatment of the service staff of Cochran's Infiniti group, I would urge anyone to purchase their infiniti at Cochran to experience a service area that makes a customer feel at home.
