I had a very disappointing experience with this salesperson and would not recommend working with him. From the beginning, the level of service we received felt noticeably below standard. Communication was minimal and there was a clear lack of effort to assist us in a professional or respectful manner. We came prepared and ready to do business with a cash purchase yet it felt as though we were not being given the same attention or courtesy that other customers might receive. What made this experience especially concerning was the strong impression that we were not treated fairly. Whether intentional or not, the interaction left us feeling uncomfortable and undervalued as customers. Buying a car is a significant decision, and every customer deserves transparency, respect, and equal treatment throughout the process. Overall, the experience lacked professionalism, attentiveness, and basic customer care. Based on this interaction, I would not return or recommend this salesperson to others. More

I am writing about my experience with my 2024 Mazda Cx90 purchased April 2023. I have to say there have been numerous recalls and one issue I have been having since I purchased is the trunk opens randomly. purchased April 2023. I also advise to not purchase a new updated vehicle due to many recalls. The service department istaff that check you in are very nice. I am contemplating trading and going back to Honda. I have an appointment in a few weeks to address the four. Ew recalls on this vehicle and the trunk opening. Fingers crossed. Will be reaching out to Honda after I have these fixed. I honestly have never written a bad review but needed to speak out. More
