Unexpected service I was on my way to an appointment when my battery light came on & Paradise Ford was the closest Ford dealer so I headed there. Nelson Regalado greeted I was on my way to an appointment when my battery light came on & Paradise Ford was the closest Ford dealer so I headed there. Nelson Regalado greeted me & said he would find out what was wrong with the car as asked that I waiting in the waiting area. I had been fasting & was on my way to have some lab work, Nelson was so kind to get me a warmed cheese Danish while I was waiting. They discovered that I needed a new alternator! I waited several hours so Nelson suggested that I have them give me a ride home & they would come & pick me up which they did. Everyone was so nice. This was my first experience with Paradise as I always go to Ron Norris Ford in Titusville but wasn't sure the car would make it that far. More

Another great periodic service on my F150 I like being able to schedule online, but the service department customer service staff do a great job over the phone too. If you make an online appo I like being able to schedule online, but the service department customer service staff do a great job over the phone too. If you make an online appointment, you may get a phone call from them just to confirm what you want done during your service visit. I like that. My appt was for 7 AM and I was on my way before 9 AM, which meant the I could still have a full day for other things. Great visit all around and the donuts were delicious! Thanks much! More
