I visited this dealership eager to sell my 2022 Mazda CX-5, confident in a positive experience based on nearly nine years of being a loyal Mazda owner and leaser. Robert, a friendly and helpful sales CX-5, confident in a positive experience based on nearly nine years of being a loyal Mazda owner and leaser. Robert, a friendly and helpful sales associate, made the process smooth by taking photos and openly discussing my vehicle. I mentioned I wasn’t in a rush and pointed out minor damage on the hood and left rear, along with new tires and 36,000 miles on the odometer. However, things took a turn when the manager—whose name I don’t recall—got involved and seemed tense. He initially offered $18,000, which was below what I anticipated. He then got an estimate from CarMax (which I appreciated) and returned with an offer of $18,600. After some negotiation, he agreed to increase the offer to $19,000, which I was willing to consider. I explained I couldn’t finalize the deal immediately because I had another appointment scheduled but planned to return if their offer was better. After my appointment, I texted Robert to confirm I’d be back. He called me later and I was stunned to learn they had rescinded their offer. When I asked why, I was told someone else had come in with the *exact same* car and accepted an offer—less than an hour after I left. This felt suspicious and shady, especially given how quickly everything happened on a Monday. As a woman, I can't help but feel that these places often expect you to accept whatever offer they present—something I find disheartening. Overall, I’m disappointed. While my past experiences here have been positive, this visit felt dishonest. I won’t be returning, and I advise others to be cautious when dealing with this dealership. **UPDATE:** After a sales associate contacted me about my vehicle, I declined to return due to the negative experience the previous day. Robert suddenly reappeared, and I received a voicemail from Tony, the original manager, explaining he was in a meeting but would have honored his initial offer if he had known I was returning. He later followed up via text. When I called Tony, he was initially polite but quickly became aggressive, denying any specific offer and blaming me for leaving to find a better deal. He scoffed at my $19,000 offer, claiming he could only offer $18,695—the CarMax appraisal—despite his earlier promises. His tone then shifted to hostility, raising his voice and claiming this was "passion." When I expressed my disapproval, he questioned why I mentioned his demeanor in my previous review and asked how I’d feel if he did that to me at my employer. I responded that I honor my word and that his leadership was the real issue. He condescendingly said he’d "work on it" and kept interrupting, leading me to hang up disappointed in his dishonesty and rudeness. Ultimately, I sold my car to CarMax for $19,000—a smooth, honest process. As a loyal customer for nearly a decade, I am disheartened by this experience and advise others to avoid Coconut Creek Mazda due to their unprofessional conduct. More
The sales part in purchasing my certified used vehicle was good, but now finding out on my first service visit that the squeaky breaks in my vehicle (which I was told were new) were the cheaper Mazda valu was good, but now finding out on my first service visit that the squeaky breaks in my vehicle (which I was told were new) were the cheaper Mazda value break pads and there’s nothing I can do about the squeaking at every stop unless I replace them at my own cost of $660. My car sounds like an old vehicle in need of break repair and supposedly they are new breaks..Enbarasding More
Avoid Coconut Creek Mazda at all costs. I have been to this dealership four separate times, and each visit has been a masterclass in bad faith negotiation. I said “no” to their financing I have been to this dealership four separate times, and each visit has been a masterclass in bad faith negotiation. I said “no” to their financing offers multiple times, yet each time they tried to sneak in extra costs or push financing anyway. They dangled attractive prices up front, only to hand me quotes later with significantly higher totals, classic bait-and-switch tactics. They also seem to have no grasp of the fact that thousands of miles in wear makes a huge difference in value between vehicles. My salesperson, Mark Vax, was part of the problem, and the manager, Mark Korakas, genuinely seemed to have no concept of what mileage means for a car’s value. It’s hard to take pricing seriously when the people making the offers don’t understand basic vehicle depreciation. On top of all this, I spent far too much time haggling over ridiculous, unjustifiable fees. If you value honest pricing, transparency, and your time, steer clear of this place. More
We went to the new and modern Mazda store in Coconut Creek and were served by Zeth Cruz, Tony Burda. They have a wide selection of new cars and were very attentive. We left pleased with our new car. Zackery is a very knowledgeable and courteous salesperson, who also has a great deal of patience. His professionalism represents the dealership well. He’s honest and trustworthy. I feel very conf salesperson, who also has a great deal of patience. His professionalism represents the dealership well. He’s honest and trustworthy. I feel very confident to refer him to my friends, co-workers and family as well. I have purchased many different vehicle's during my lifetime and shopped around many dealerships over the last 40+ years. I haven’t always had a great experience… However this dealership is different…Not only is this dealership a beautiful newer modern facility that’s kept very neat and efficient throughout. It also left me with an overall feeling of trust, which seems hard to find these days... Even though Zack was my salesperson, many others were helpful during the whole sales transaction process. This included answering all of the many questions in meeting my needs, which helped make a very professional team effort. I HIGHLY recommend not only Zach, but this dealership as well!! More

Lol how much do you want to bet that the majority of these 5-star reviews are fake? You know that whole "shady car salesman" stereotype - yeah, these guys embody it. Not necessarily the sales guy, b these 5-star reviews are fake? You know that whole "shady car salesman" stereotype - yeah, these guys embody it. Not necessarily the sales guy, by the way - mine was fine. It's clear however, that they set this up as an organization to get you in the door with a low advertised price and then pull the rug out in the back room (by sketchy guys like Javier) by stacking on ridiculous "mandatory" fees for thousands of dollars (as other reviewers have mentioned). Not just doc and other ambiguous fees, by the way - they want to force you to pay $3k for a "platinum package" that if you did one second of research you would see that it's all xx - lysol wipes and scotchgard, essentially. Oh, and on doc fees (among others) - don't buy their snake oil that "oH iTs To CoVeR tHe PaPeRwOrK cOsTs." It's called the cost of doing business, Einstein. How many times has a restaurant charged you a shipping fee for the entree you order? These fees are meaningless drivel that equate to pure profit for them. Don't reward their shady behavior. Just don't give them your business - it's that simple. They aren't deserving. More

This dealership submitted incorrect odometer mileage to the DMV, overstating the vehicle’s mileage and reducing the manufacturer warranty coverage. Despite being notified, no correction was made. The finan the DMV, overstating the vehicle’s mileage and reducing the manufacturer warranty coverage. Despite being notified, no correction was made. The finance manager(Tyler) confirmed cancellation of the extended warranty, but it remained active. Loan structure and GAP/VSA refund details were unclear, requiring repeated follow-up. Verbal assurances did not match final outcomes. All paperwork should be reviewed thoroughly and independently verified before proceeding with any purchase. If you need to cancel your extended warranty, go directly to Mazda Financial Services with your VIN and contract details. Always double-check what they are saying is what you are signing. More
