Coconut Creek Mazda is a perfect example of every bad car-salesman stereotype. The sales team is misleading, dishonest, and more focused on getting signatures than telling the truth. What you’re told verbally rarely matches what ends up in the contract, and numbers seem to change once you’re deep into the process. It feels intentionally confusing and designed to wear you down rather than inform you. There is constant pressure to move fast, glossing over details and hoping you won’t catch the inconsistencies until it’s too late. Transparency and integrity are clearly not priorities here. If you’re looking for a dealership that’s upfront about pricing and contracts, I strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere. There are Mazda dealerships that operate honestly—unfortunately, Coconut Creek Mazda is not one of them. More
