Very poor. The sales guy, Gonzalo, was great! However, the car fax showed the vehicle had a small rear end fender bender which was addressed but after we got home, I noticed that the vehicle had However, the car fax showed the vehicle had a small rear end fender bender which was addressed but after we got home, I noticed that the vehicle had the whole front end ripped from under it. The front wheel covers are completely shredded, the bottom of the front bumper is all scraped and broken under the car where you don’t easily see it and the engine cover is completely missing. When I reached out and asked them to take care of that, they said that they won’t because the vehicle was sold “as is.” Which of course it was but they had the vehicle for 40 days, they put tires and serviced the vehicle since it was pre owned and instead of disclosing the condition of the vehicle they conceal it all the while their own mission statement claims that they are “transported and customer service” focused. That’s a complete lie! I will never purchase a vehicle from them again! Not because of the sales guy because he was great but because of the behavior of the pre owned vehicle manager which clearly can care less that they hide known issues with a vehicle that sale! Shameful! More
