Boy do I have the review for this place. I went in buying a Mazda CPO. Beautiful car, love it even after this dealership. But let me tell you, don't let the new fancy facility and business attire persuade you, new facility, same old sleezy tactics, not only did I have to go through multiple rounds just to get the OTD price down to my level, a sales person that just leaves mid sale and forgets something as simple as floor mats several times and then forgot the trunk mat. That wasn't even the worse part, the whole process of buying a car took hours of my time, I was prepared to xxxx and yet they still got me at the financing office with their 'optional required' prepaid maintenance, OPTIONAL, it's an extra year that they snuck their 'discount' of 1.4 THOUSAND dollars hidden in the car's price and guess what, one simple call to Mazda finance got me both the 400 original itemized charge and the 1.4 THOUSAND DOLLARs refunded. I got a good deal but that doesn't mean this is a good dealership that values you as a person and a customer, they're just trying to squeeze the most out of your wallet. More

Very poor. Scratched my car, my windshield wiper fluid compartment cap is missing, left a used rag and a partially used sealant tube in the engine compartment, Scratched my car, my windshield wiper fluid compartment cap is missing, left a used rag and a partially used sealant tube in the engine compartment, and the cost I agreed to did not match what I was going to be charged by a a cost $300+. The sales guy, Gonzalo, was great! However, the car fax showed the vehicle had a small rear end fender bender which was addressed but after we got home, I noticed that the vehicle had However, the car fax showed the vehicle had a small rear end fender bender which was addressed but after we got home, I noticed that the vehicle had the whole front end ripped from under it. The front wheel covers are completely shredded, the bottom of the front bumper is all scraped and broken under the car where you don’t easily see it and the engine cover is completely missing. When I reached out and asked them to take care of that, they said that they won’t because the vehicle was sold “as is.” Which of course it was but they had the vehicle for 40 days, they put tires and serviced the vehicle since it was pre owned and instead of disclosing the condition of the vehicle they conceal it all the while their own mission statement claims that they are “transported and customer service” focused. That’s a complete lie! I will never purchase a vehicle from them again! Not because of the sales guy because he was great but because of the behavior of the pre owned vehicle manager which clearly can care less that they hide known issues with a vehicle that sale! Shameful! More
