Ken made me feel comfortable. I never felt pushed or given the "hard sell". He should be commended on his ability to make a natural personal connection. It also helped that when I went to the Finance person, Robert Cajigas, he remembered me from 4 years ago when we bought a car from Gunther. The personal touched helped and he like Ken, never made me feel that I was being "up-sold". I am very happy with my new Mazda 3 Hatchback. And, I am happy that I went to Coconut Creek Mazda. More
