While waiting he took the time to explain our platinum protection plan and even got on the phone with our insurance and to help us save $648 a year. He fought hard for us on and off the showroom floor, he was truly an advocate for us as customers. We appreciated his honesty and commitment to us. When we were all connected with Mazda Connect he shook our hand and said he wanted us to remember that we were always his client and that this isn't the end of our time under his care. that he would always be there should we need it.
