He was extremely patient and show me the vehicles I wanted not what he wanted to sell. He explained all the options and also the pros and cons of each. He work with us to get us the best deal/the deal we wanted on the lease of our vehicle and in the end we were thrilled with his knowledge and professionalism. In addition Anthony Venezia the manager was amazing he assisted Ken in getting us what we wanted and needed. Tony Burba the general manager was amazing he expedited all of our needs and I look forward to seeing all of these gentlemen when I return for service. Overall an amazing experience and Ken will certainly get my referrals!!!!! More

I’ve unfortunately had a bad experience with Coconut Mazda from the very beginning. The first time I brought my car in for an oil change, it was a disaster. We made an appointment over the phone, but Mazda from the very beginning. The first time I brought my car in for an oil change, it was a disaster. We made an appointment over the phone, but when we arrived at the dealership, they told us there was no appointment in the system. Apparently, the person who scheduled it was a salesperson who wasn’t supposed to do that. We spoke with the manager at the time, and he allowed the service to be done anyway. However, something was done incorrectly, and I had to bring the car back. They kept my car for almost a month. During that time, they gave me a smaller loaner car, and I even had to pay tolls out of pocket, even though the situation wasn’t my fault. When I finally got my car back, I noticed they had changed my license plate frame without my permission and replaced it with a Coconut Mazda frame. I decided to give them another chance and went back two more times for oil changes. I was always charged $85 without tire rotation. However, the last time I went, the service advisor told me that price was never correct and that it should be $119 for my CX-9. At first, he didn’t believe me when I said I had been paying $85. I showed him that when I made the appointment online, I selected the basic service for that price. In the end, I was charged $140 for an oil change and rotation, which I find ridiculous. When they noticed I was asking to speak with a manager, they called me back and tried to explain things differently, but by then I was already very frustrated. Overall, this has been a very disappointing experience, and I don’t feel confident returning. More

We recently had a bit of an inconvenience regarding the logistics of our Platinum Protection Package and some communication delays with the service department. I had a very disappointing experience at this dealership involving deceptive pricing practices. I called in advance regarding a used Mazda listed around $20,000 and requested the best out-the-door price involving deceptive pricing practices. I called in advance regarding a used Mazda listed around $20,000 and requested the best out-the-door price including all taxes and fees. I was clearly quoted approximately $23,000 out the door by an employee named Julian, and was told that price applied if I was ready to purchase the vehicle that day. Based on that quote, my wife, my daughter (a first-time car buyer), and I drove approximately 30 minutes to the dealership to see the car. Julian met us but handed us off to another salesperson, Sebastian, who was polite and professional. After the test drive, we were presented with an out-the-door price closer to $27,000, and the dealership refused to honor the quoted $23,000 price. A supervisor named Tony later confirmed that the quote had indeed been given and that calls are recorded, but stated that Julian’s role is essentially to get customers into the dealership and that he “overstepped his authority.” The dealership still refused to honor the quote. We left without purchasing. The dealership later called to apologize but still refused to honor the quoted out-the-door price. Mazda North America opened a case regarding this incident (Case #00412880) and later confirmed they would not require the dealership to honor the quoted price. I recommend that buyers insist on written confirmation of any out-the-door quote before visiting. More
