Amazing customer service from my sales team. Caleb & Lou were wonderful. I had spoken to Caleb on the phone before I arrived to make an appointment. I had been to 2 Palm Beach Mazda dealers on Caleb & Lou were wonderful. I had spoken to Caleb on the phone before I arrived to make an appointment. I had been to 2 Palm Beach Mazda dealers on Saturday and 2 in Miami on Sunday. So I wasn't expecting anything special. He was not only professional, but extremely knowledgeable but truly cared that I got in the right car. He allowed me to take my time and make a selection that would be best for me. Caleb and his team member Lou made the experience a most pleasant one. I would say 10 Star Service and I would highly recommend this sales team and dealership. This is my 9th Mazda. So I feel qualified to make this statement. I also financed and Tony was amazing to. This dealership is very modern and beautiful and only been opened about 6 weeks ago. 1st Class Service all around from this team..... More
