Drove 4 hours to the dealer for an online deal. Alberto took me around and had car ready. Very nice young man. We sat Down after a ride in the car and Tony came in to help with the numbers. I leased a CX5 today at the Coconut Creek location. First of all the the dealership itself is expectacular. Very modern and beautiful. My sales person, Dexter Richardson is very welcoming, professional First of all the the dealership itself is expectacular. Very modern and beautiful. My sales person, Dexter Richardson is very welcoming, professional and knowledgeable. He made me feel super comfortable and I felt that he definitely would get me the best deal he could. He needs be named sales person of the year. I also have to acknowledge my finance guy, Alex Guerra. He’s very professional and welcoming as well. Overall experience was a true pleasure. Will recommend Mazda Dealership of Coconut Creek. More

We are snowbirds in Florida only 6 months. We were not prepared to purchase a vehicle the day we stepped into Coconut Creek Mazda we were just in the looking stage at that time. We saw a cx5 We were not prepared to purchase a vehicle the day we stepped into Coconut Creek Mazda we were just in the looking stage at that time. We saw a cx5 we liked we told the salesman we were only looking we are not prepared today. He and the finance guy said we know you don't have your debit card to use for your deposit because you told us , you should use a credit card . Seriously! Why didn't you be upfront and tell us about the ridiculous credit card fee if you use one. $150!!! They because of their shady sales practice cost me $150 extra dollars. Be honest with the customers that come in their. We never would have agreed to that! 2 days later we saw the $150 fee. We trusted that dealership to be upfront and honest. They hid that fee from us because they didn't want to loose a sale. I immediately called the dealership and asked for the Finance manager 3x I called. I was just going to ask him to please refund our credit card and then I would just use my debit card. That simple!!! He refused to call me back finally a salesman answered the phone and said my manager says NO I won't do that period. Think about this why would anyone risk getting conned into a sale from this dealership. They could and will hide the truth from you if it means loosing a sale. This cx5 now is up north with me I cannot bring it back to them. I have another Mazda I left in Florida they know that. If the owner will fix this so that I don't feel disrespected anymore from his help I will remove this negative review from all the different sites online. $150 is alot of money to just give away.
