Took car in for oil change and was told about 2 hours. Afterc sitting for about 2 hours asked giri how much longer and she looked a told me care was done and. I asked her why I was not called,she said I was called , I was sitting Less then five feet from her and heard nothing.Also had a mailer for discount on oil change ,she said I could not use it because I did not have a tire rotation..I retired from Ford after 37 years and have bought fords all my life, not a good way to keep coustomers.Thanks Bob Moore More
