The integrity and honesty of the dealer ship is poor. I purchased a vehicle and platinum extended warranty that I was told would cover from bumper to bumper except tires, oil change, belts etc. I have ha I purchased a vehicle and platinum extended warranty that I was told would cover from bumper to bumper except tires, oil change, belts etc. I have had the vehicle in twice for repairs and both times told sorry your warranty doesn’t cover that. I was told that most of the parts are not covered by the outside warranty company and that it would cost $230.00 regardless of work performed every time the vehicle came in. I paid $2800.00 for extended warranty that apparently covers very limited items. I have problems with the transmission shifting but the service department says it shows no codes and without a code nothing can be done unless it breaks. Why don”t you try driving the vehicle and test it. I am very upset with the sale of this vehicle and the problems I am incurring and getting billed for warranty that should be covered or explained in detail. I could have saved $2800.00 dollars and a lot of stress. I have purchased several new vehicles from Ford Motor Company in the past year but am considering other vehicles for my personal and business use in the future. If zero stars were an option I would select that. I would drive out of my way to have my truck was serviced by them and complained about a ticking noise while my truck was under warranty and was to I would drive out of my way to have my truck was serviced by them and complained about a ticking noise while my truck was under warranty and was told there’s no problems. Then complained again months later and conveniently when my truck was out of warranty they had a reason. Quoted me $8,500 “submitted it to ford” brought my total to $2,600 when I called corporate only $4,400 was submitted. Then not a month later I’ve of my catalytic converters goes out quoting me $2,200 I took it to a trusted shop and paid $1,200. This dealership is a joke and I will NEVER be going back. More

Service reservation for the recall was handled quickly and readily. Upon check in, the Service Manager Brian advised that they also had the part necessary for a second recall that I was not scheduled to and readily. Upon check in, the Service Manager Brian advised that they also had the part necessary for a second recall that I was not scheduled to have done yet, and then also advised that they could handle the Works oil change while the car was on the lift. So, I started with the understanding that I was looking at 3 separate visits on different days to having everything handled due to Brian's attention to my situation and the care he and the service team took to handle all issues within hours.
