I hate dealing with dealerships and tried to avoid them at all costs. Every vehicle I’ve ever owned, was bought cash from a private party. The service and care about the longevity of my vehicle were good. Areas to improve are: hire a greeter, greet each customer the second they step into the lobby, look happy about working there, take owner were good. Steve Heinking was the best service advisor I’ve worked with. He laid out all my options very clearly and was very communicative through the process, providing status updates on my truck often.
