Service has always been great at Coconut Point Ford. Desiree and Skye are wonderful. However, quoting me $385 to replace a $15 starter relay is absurd and wrong. There is no justifiable reason to mak Desiree and Skye are wonderful. However, quoting me $385 to replace a $15 starter relay is absurd and wrong. There is no justifiable reason to make 400% profit on a relay that takes literally 5 minutes to replace. Sorry. I love you guys, but this is just wrong. More

My truck was dirty, missing options that had been noted as installed and appeared to not have the full checklist performed when delivered to the dealership (still had factory window spacers on the rear win as installed and appeared to not have the full checklist performed when delivered to the dealership (still had factory window spacers on the rear windows).
