One of the best dealer experiences we have ever had. Purchased a new to us Lincoln MKZ (2020). My wife ran over a rock the second day we had it and put a scratch on the rocker panel. Minor imperfection Purchased a new to us Lincoln MKZ (2020). My wife ran over a rock the second day we had it and put a scratch on the rocker panel. Minor imperfection but we noticed it every time we saw the car. We contacted the dealer to see what they might be able to do. The team, led by our sales person, had the body person look at and was able to repair it at a very reasonable rate. This dealership treats their customers very well.
