Salesman had no knowledge of the vehicle. The license was only for 8 months and not a full year. Transmission failed and had to be replaced. It took one month. Head lamp cracked. Coconut Point's QUICK LANE service is very disappointing. They quoted low for 30k miles service and it tried charging me $400 more when I arrived to pickup my F150. A week later I noticed they hadn't reset t They quoted low for 30k miles service and it tried charging me $400 more when I arrived to pickup my F150. A week later I noticed they hadn't reset the maintenance reminder so had to go back twice for that (first time Quick Lane referred me to service dept who quickly reset). 3 weeks after service I started getting a low battery warning so they never checked the battery apparently. 5 weeks later I noticed something hanging off the bottom of my truck and it was the splash shield which was poorly rigged up with wire. Even if they didn't break the shield they should have alerted me to this when they performed the service. I called and left a detailed message for Dillon who never returned my call. Jorge was the service advisor I dealt with initially. Very Poor Service! I'd recommend going to another competent dealer. Chris W More
