The quick lane service was outstanding. They found a loose battery connection and were very friendly. My experience with the main service center is horrible. They coconut service department phones just go dead or you leave a message that is never returned. The online scheduling does not work. I went in person to talk to a service advisor and she was not helpful or friendly. More
