Changed Deal between showroom and finance room. Wouldn’t honor deal I signed 15 minutes before. Threatened me to cancel my deal on truck I ordered 13 months ago. Said he was losing money on deal which is complete lie with 900 plus in made up fees. Undervalued my trade by $4000. My trade was s 22 Maverick Hybrid XLT which is easy to resell. I had to go to Carmax to get fair money for my trade. Did not value me as a person or a customer. I will never go there again. Oh yeah, I have bought 3 vehicles there in the last year. He was pissed I ordered a Maverick and was getting for MSRP and not 5K over which is their standard practice on in stock units. This is a perfect example of the need for direct to consumer sales. No vampire middle man adding made up fees and added markup. Please Ford, sell me a vehicle directly. I have purchased 30 new FMC vehicles over 40 years.
