Mediocre at best. The recent repair wasn't a bank-breaker, but in all honesty, I believe it should have been resolved internally, given that the vehicle was under warranty. That's just my personal opinion. That is the main reason I would not recommend the service center. On the positive side, the service advisor Steve was pleasant, the waiting area was clean, and the repair was completed before the end of the day – I suppose that's a small silver lining. Overall, my experience was passable, but unfortunately, I'll be exploring other options for future purchases, warranty-related concerns, or any non-warranty repair or purchase. More

When I arrived the tech stated 1/2 to 1 hrs wait 2 1/2 hours later they finally started working on my truck If they had been honest about the work time, I would have just come back another day The ser hours later they finally started working on my truck If they had been honest about the work time, I would have just come back another day The service advisor mistakenly entered the mileage of my vehicle as 111,582 when it was actually 11,582 Now the service records on Ford Pass app shows that I am 111,582 miles on my 3 months old vehicle !!
